Well here it is, I have finally started a Blog, I have so many things happening in my life I thought this was a great way for everyone to follow what I am doing with stitching and my life.
This weekend I am working on a Christmas Round Robin project, there are 13 people in the round, and progress is a bit slow, the piece I am working on is full of Metallic DMC threads and it is totally annoying me, the progress is real slow. But the bonus is, as soon as I get this one completed, I get to start my first HAED, Cheryl and I am working on a storykeep "Gossamer Princess" we both cannot wait to get started, threads and fabric are all waiting for both of us to finish our current projects. Once I get this one started, I will be starting another HAED storykeep as part of the HAED SAL for the remainder of the year, it is now time to stitch for me!
We have also joined up and are taking part in the Totally Useless SAL, progress is slow, but there are a few threads in the bottom of the jar, and hope with starting a HAED there will be alot more threads to add to the jar, I never thought collecting threads and putting them into a jar would be sooooo much fun.
Well thats it for now, i will update you all as soon as I have started my HAED and can then post some photos of my progress. Have a great week!
Hello Annie. I'm practically a neighbour - I'm an Aussie from north of Sydney. Welcome to the TUSAL. I'm about to move my collection to a larger jar - till I joined the TUSAL I had no idea I was so extravagant with my threads. It's starting to embarass me, really. I started my first HAED this year - Jolly Old Fellow. I'm on page 8 now, and I can tell you that this HAED has taught me so many lessons already!
